Welcome to Second Grade 2010-2011

Welcome to second grade! We are off to a great start with 22 new friends this year. We've been busy learning all about second grade routines, rules and fun. During our first week together we practiced double addition facts, read Arthur's Pet Business, wrote descriptive writing pieces about ourselves, talked about the world God created, took our first spelling test, learned about the parts of a plant, studied the different types of communities and met out fourth grade reading buddies!!
